We are urgently looking for an HR and Payroll Administrator for our very busy operation.

Key responsibilities:

– Closely working with the Asst. HR Manager
– Prepares monthly Payroll file for employees with all its elements, including all types of leaves, overtimes, deductions, transportation, extra compensation, advances, etc… and sends it to Finance Dept. for payment processing.
-Issues employment statements, as well as letters of recommendation, warnings, etc.
-Assists in coordinating the training activity administered to all employees.
-Attends to employee requests and inquiries about their employment issues.
-Prepare the monthly HR report.
-Checking/monitoring daily attendance and encoding duty rosters.
– Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

– Higher Diploma/BA Degree, or equivalent
– Minimum 2 years in a similar role ideally from a hospitality operation.
– Can work in a highly fast paced operation.
– Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
– Can handle sensitive and confidential situation and documentation.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Can work under pressure.
– Preference will be given to a candidate with UAE experience and can join immediately.
